For years, we have served as a source of hope for vulnerable children and families facing poverty, unemployment, food insecurity, and limited access to essential services. Our work is built on compassion, dignity, and empowerment. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. Through early childhood education, nutrition support, youth development, and holistic community care, we walk alongside those who need it most — creating sustainable change that strengthens families and transforms communities. ________________________________________ What We Do Educare & Early Learning We provide quality early childhood development through our Educare center, offering a safe and nurturing environment where young children receive foundational education, structured learning, and social-emotional support during their most important developmental years. Our educators prepare children for primary school while nurturing confidence, curiosity, and positive values. Feeding Scheme Hunger should never stand between a child and their future. Our feeding program provides nutritious meals to children and families, addressing food insecurity and supporting healthy physical and cognitive development. For many, the meal received at RCGEN is their most reliable source of nutrition. Youth Empowerment We invest in young people through mentorship, skills development, life skills training, and structured programs that help them break cycles of poverty. Our youth initiatives foster leadership, responsibility, and self-belief while opening pathways to education and employment. Community Support RCGEN is a community support hub. We offer family counseling, parenting support, educational workshops, and practical assistance to caregivers. By strengthening families, we create stable environments where children can grow and succeed. Humanitarian Care When crisis strikes, we respond.
